Cherry is the owner of de novo, which she opened in 1990. The gallery is an outgrowth of her lifelong interest in fine arts and crafts. She is devoted to showing the finest in contemporary jewelry, focusing on excellence in design, originality, innovation, and craftsmanship.

Susan Watkins

Susan has worked at de novo since its founding in 1990. She is herself a talented jeweler, with a broad knowledge of jewelry materials and techniques which she readily shares with customers.

Remie Bontrager

Remie has worked at de novo since its founding in 1990. She has an outstanding sense of design and is responsible for creating our beautiful displays, photographing the jewelry on our website, and managing our jewelry inventory.

Friederike Pfeiffer

Friederike joined de novo in 1996. She has a fabulous sense of international style and a great talent for helping customers find the perfect jewelry to suit their individual needs.

Monika Nelson

Monika joined de novo in 2005. Trained as a goldsmith in Germany, she has an in-depth understanding of the art of jewelry-making. She takes great pleasure in working with customers and sharing her vibrant enthusiasm for contemporary jewelry.

Nadia Ibragic

Nadia joined de novo in 2007. She is an artist, focused on painting and drawing, and she has an innate appreciation of contemporary jewelry.
